BTC provides its members, individual business travelers and SMEs, with a distinct range of exclusive services, which shape tomorrow´s upgraded travel experience. Your mission is to further develop and shape the "The HRS Business Travel Club" and its solutions and make it the next innovation of the HRS Group together with a great team. POSITIONAs a QA Engineer, you will work closely with our Product and Development teams to design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases that ensure our digital products meet our high standards of quality. You will be responsible for both manual and automated testing processes, leveraging modern frameworks and monitoring tools. Your expertise will contribute to the continuous improvement of our solutions that support a dynamic, personalized travel experience and contribute to the company's vision of becoming the mobile travel companion for business travelers. CHALLENGETogether with your team, you will take the customer view first and raise the bar in delivering business travel solutions by:Develop and implement detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testingDesign and implement automation test frameworks and scripts for web applications built with NextJSPerform manual testing of mobile applications (Flutter) and responsive web applications across different devices and screen sizesIdentify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs through to resolutionPerform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolvedMonitor application performance and analyze logs using New RelicLiaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements and ensure the quality of the productStay up-to-date with new testing and monitoring toolsMonitor debugging process results and track quality assurance metrics (e.g., defect densities and open defect counts)Conduct post-release/post-implementation testingWork with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
