Prioritize tasks, assigning them to appropriate team members. Act as the primary point of contact for all communication between project teams. Track task progress and ensure deadlines are met. Provide guidance and support to team members as needed to facilitate task completion. Delegate tasks to team members and oversee their progress to ensure timely completion and address any challenges that arise. Creating Jira tickets   Agile Scrum Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress. Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions. Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders. Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time. Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles. Issue Collection, Discussion, and Summary: Collect issues or blockers that arise during the course of the project. Discuss issues with relevant stakeholders and find resolutions. Summarize discussions and decisions in formal documents (e.g., Word) and share with relevant team members. Ensure that all issues are tracked and resolved in a timely manner. Onboard New Members: Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members. Ensure new members are equipped with the necessary resources, tools, and knowledge to contribute to the project effectively. Provide an overview of the project's scope, goals, and processes. Assign initial tasks and provide training or guidance as needed.
