- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in public area operations or housekeeping preferred.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in hotel public area operations.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel/resort environment is an advantage.
- Ability to organize daily operations, assign tasks, and ensure efficient workflow.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
