The Role
We expect our Guests to see a sparkling lobby every time they walk in. The pride you take in ensuring all public areas of the hotel are clean and tidy will reflect in the Guests view of our property as one of superior quality.
Key Deliverables and Responsibilities
Planning & Organizing:
1. Reporting to the Public Area Supervisor, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
2. Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
3. Clean assigned public areas throughout hotel
4. Empty trash in all public areas and clean public area restrooms
5. Clean all mirrors, inside of windows, wipe and dust all surfaces; keeping all brass shiny
6. Vacuum carpets where needed
7. Follow departmental policies, procedures and service standards
8. Report necessary maintenance items
9. Follow all safety and sanitation policies
10. Other duties as assigned
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• No pass experienced needed
• Able to work in pair or with other team members
• Aged between 28 and 40 is preferred
• Able to do rotated 8 hrs shift works (including overnight work) or permanent over night shifts will get more considerations.
• Ability to have basic English communication is a plus.
• No past injury recorded
