QA Lead

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESLive Payments is seeking an experienced QA Lead to join our growing/multi-national team. The QA Lead will ensure that all software products meet company standards for quality and reliability. Core duties include: Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products and applications meet required specifications for quality, functionality, and reliability before delivery. Establishes and defines appropriate quality benchmarks and criteria for products and applications. Conveys quality benchmarks and criteria to the QA team, software development team, and relevant stakeholders. Ensures QA team productivity and identifies opportunities for greater efficiency and quality improvement. Lead QA process improvement initiatives and maintain and continuously improve existing test development processes and practices. Coordinates product testing processes and may participate in product testing. Identifies and analyses issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues. Manages QA team on hiring, discipline, performance reviews, and resource allocation. Enhances testing capabilities guided by standard best practices, policies, and procedures. Mentor other QA team members and assist them with domain knowledge. Leads training activities on QA-related topics.
