QA Leader (Test lead)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Leader to lead our QA team. The QA Leader will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for our products and development processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of quality in all products and services.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement QA strategies, processes, and standards to ensure product quality. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers and testers. Oversee the entire testing process, including the creation of test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Monitor and report on key quality metrics and KPIs to management. Participate in building and continuously improve QA processes through the adoption of industry best practices and new technologies. Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulations. Manage the QA team’s workload and resource allocation. Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team.
