Quality Assurance Leader ( PQA /ISO 9001, CMMI, Agile )

Job Brief: We are looking for a candidate for the position of Quality Assurance Leader - who will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of products or services produced by the company. They play a crucial role in designing and implementing quality assurance processes, conducting audits, and collaborating with relevant internal departments and the Japanese parent company's quality department to continuously improve quality standards. The QA Specialist is focused on preventing defects and ensuring that processes are followed to meet established quality criteria.🎖 What to do1. Quality Assurance Strategy & Process Development Design, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes across the development lifecycle. Define quality metrics and benchmarks to evaluate and improve product or service quality. Ensure that QA processes align with industry standards and internal objectives. 2. Auditing & Compliance Conduct regular internal audits, process reviews, and quality inspections. Identify deviations from established processes and ensure timely corrective actions. 3. Documentation & Reporting Maintain comprehensive records of QA activities, including audit results, non-conformities, and resolutions. Generate reports on quality performance metrics, trends, and improvement progress. 4. Process Improvement & Innovation Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, APM, Ops) to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Propose and drive changes that enhance quality, reduce defects, and improve operational efficiency. Promote adoption of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. 5. Training & Knowledge Sharing Conduct training sessions and create educational materials on QA standards and procedures. Support team members in understanding and applying quality principles in their work. 6. Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Action Investigate quality issues through structured root cause analysis techniques. Collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). 7. Customer Satisfaction & Feedback Loop Analyze customer feedback, complaints, and return data to identify trends and pain points. Translate feedback into actionable quality improvements. 8. Regulatory & Industry Standards Compliance Stay current with relevant quality regulations, standards (e.g., ISO, CMMI), and best practices. Ensure ongoing compliance with all required certifications and regulatory frameworks. 9. Risk Assessment & Mitigation Proactively identify potential quality-related risks across the product or service lifecycle. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans. 10. Quality Culture & Continuous Improvement Champion a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement across the organization. Encourage team-wide ownership of quality and open sharing of ideas for improvement.
