About Lavis 18 Residence, a 68-unit serviced apartment in the heart of District 3, managed by Highgate Property Management. The building's design is influenced by Saigon architecture from the 1950s and 1970s, portraying the vibrant history of Cu Xa Do Thanh.
- Working location: Lavis 18 Residence - Cu Xa Do Thanh, District 3
- Working time: on-shift: 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, 10pm - 6am; 6 days/week; 1 day off/week
Main tasks:
- Welcoming guests
- Be well groomed at all time and maintain a friendly cheerful attitude
- To answer the telephone promptly according to the standard set by the hotel. Never let the phone ring more than 3 times
- Courtesy and politeness are to be observed at all times and freely communicate with guests. Give guests complete and immediate attention to their complaints and requests
- Keeps a visible and active presence in the lobby asking all guests and visitors if they require assistance
- Ensures that all repeat guests are accorded personalized service recognize and welcome
- To monitor the main entrance, Driveway, Gym, Swimming pool to make sure that prompt assistant to customer as always
- Handles guest’s complaint or requests and liaise with the department concerned to ensure immediate follow up
- Maintain friendly rapport with guests in order to ensure their goodwill and repeat business
- Registrating guests information into the computer
- To work and be totally familiar with the computer system and maintain the computer discipline at all time. All CSR have to log in and log out with their personal password at all times
- Answering & receiving, sending mails, packages to internal/ external
- Assist in facilitating a fast, smooth and pleasant check-out
- Prepare and checking all key card holder, registration card, room status etc.
- Co-ordinate with Housekeeping department to ensure that rooms assigned to guests are in order
- Be totally familiar with room amenities, layout, rate structure, outlets (e.g. promotions, banquet, function, party etc.)
- Familiar with the Apartment’s policies and procedures, product, service, rates, special events, city and local information and promotes such whenever possible.
- Aware and familiar with measures and procedures to follow during emergency situations
- Assist in whatever way to promote and up sell the Apartment’s products and service
- To maintain cleanliness I work areas at all times
- To always read the Front desk Log Book at the beginning of the shift
- Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time
- Report to Admin cum Operations Executive

- Làm việc tại: Cư xá Đô Thành, Quận 3
- Từ 6 tháng đến 1 năm kinh nghiệm lễ tân tại các Khách sạn, Resort
- Kỹ năng tin học văn phòng & giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt
- Nhiệt tình, thân thiện, hòa đồng
- Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Quản trị Khách sạn, Nhà hàng hoặc Du lịch

- Trợ cấp cơm trưa: 30,000/ngày làm việc
- Service charge: 1,000,000 - 2,000,000/tháng
