- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all levels (line staff to supervisory positions) and support management-level hiring when required.
- Coordinate closely with Department Heads to identify hiring needs, finalize job requirements, and align recruitment timelines.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on internal and external channels, including job boards, social media, career pages, and universities.
- Conduct screening of applications, shortlist qualified candidates, and arrange interviews with hiring managers.
- Participate in interviews and provide professional recommendations to hiring managers and HR leaders.
- Ensure all Recruitment Requisition Forms (RRFs) are fully approved before proceeding with hiring.
- Manage candidate selection, job offers, negotiation within the approved budget, and preparation of offer letters.
2. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and high-turnover roles.
- Develop strong relationships with local schools, universities, and training institutions for internship and placement programs.
- Attend and coordinate career fairs, recruitment events, and campus activities.
- Explore new sourcing channels and continuously improve recruitment strategies.
3. Onboarding Coordination
- Coordinate with HR Operations/Training teams to ensure effective pre-boarding and onboarding for new hires.
- Ensure candidates receive complete information on job details, documents required, induction schedule, and company policies.
- Conduct follow-up check-ins with new colleagues during probation.
4. Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate data in HR systems.
- Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports for HR management.
- Ensure all hiring processes comply with company policies, IHG/brand standards (nếu là Regent), and local labor law.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and sourcing effectiveness.
5. Employer Branding
- Support initiatives that strengthen the company’s employer brand, including social media content, career page updates, and internal/external engagement projects.
- Collaborate with the Communications/PR team to promote recruitment campaigns or success stories.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of recruitment experience in hospitality or a fast-paced service environment.
Experience in mass hiring or pre-opening is an advantage.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Skills & Competencies
