Position Overview:You will be a member of the Red Team, which tests and enhances our organization's security by simulating actual cyberthreats. Finding weaknesses in applications, processes, and infrastructure through penetration testing, adversarial assessments, and red team operations is the main responsibility of this position. You will develop and execute attack scenarios, collaborate with Blue Teams to enhance our detection and response capabilities, and continuously refine our offensive security approach.Key Responsibilities:Plan and carry out full-scope red team operations, which include campaigns for external, internal, and social engineering.Do penetration testing on networks, apps, cloud environments, and endpoints.Create, test, and carry out scenarios that are like advanced persistent threats (APT) and real-world enemies.Find, use, and write down weaknesses in infrastructure, apps, and services.Work with the Blue Team to check and improve the systems for finding, responding to, and reducing threats.Look at new ways of attacking, tools, and TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures).Create proof-of-concept exploits and automation scripts for red team work.Write detailed reports and executive summaries that provide recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Requirements:A bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field.OSCP, OSEP, CRTO, GXPN, CEH (Practical), or anything similar are all examples of offensive security certifications.Technical Expertise:Knowledge of white, black, and gray box penetration testing methods.A deep understanding of how Windows and Linux work, how to gain further privileges.Familiarity with offensive tools and frameworks including Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, and others.Knowledge of attacks on cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).Able to write bespoke exploits, scripts, and automation in Python, PowerShell, and Bash.Knowing how to get around EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response ), run phishing campaigns, and use social engineering.Soft Skills:Creative problem-solver with an attacking and offensive way of thinking.Good in writing and talking to both technical and executive audiences.Able to lead complicated projects on your own and with a group.In a fast-paced security setting, you need to be flexible, work well with others, and take the initiative.
