Regional Aftersales Management

Location: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh city Job Description: • Control and coordinate aftersales service among regions and Distributors to ensure efficiency andoptimization.• Coordinate and control the implementation of issue fixing programs, recall campaigns, etc.• Support in setting up a network of new Service Workshops.• Handle and resolve operational issues with relevant departments beyond the ability and authority ofDistributors.• Coordinate in handling customer complaints about service quality.• Coordinate with the Global Inspection Department to investigate Service Workshop/Distributor qualityfollowing checklists to ensure compliance with VF processes, regulations and standards.• Manage spare parts activities at the Dealer: inventory, arrangement & optimization of spare parts activities.• Approve, post-inspect and support payment for warranty activities for Service Shops/Distributors.• Prepare implementation plans for field issue fixing, recall campaigns.• Plan vehicles for service & revenue, staffing, and KPIs for Service Workshops.
