- Respond promptly and professionally to all reservation inquiries via phone and email.
- Book accommodations efficiently for leisure, business, and group segments.
- Record reservation data accurately in the Property Management System.
- Upsell room types and services to maximize revenue and meet guest needs.
- Provide detailed information about property amenities and local Phu Quoc attractions.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and special requirements.
- Manage booking changes, cancellations, and customer complaints professionally.
- Maintain current knowledge of room availability, rates, and promotions.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office, Reservations, or Sales.
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Professional telephone etiquette and strong written communication skills.
- Proficiency in PMS (e.g., Opera) and Microsoft Office; 40 wpm typing speed.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Customer-focused with a passion for exceptional service.
