- Lead all marketing, communications, and public relations strategies for the resort.
- Develop and execute the annual marketing plan and budget to drive revenue across Rooms, F&B, and Events.
- Position the property as a premier luxury lifestyle destination in the market.
- Manage high-level PR, media relations, and influencer partnerships.
- Safeguard digital reputation and ensure brand consistency across all online platforms.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver campaigns that support commercial objectives.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Hospitality required.
- 8–10 years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a senior hospitality role.
- Strong commercial awareness and a proactive, hands-on leadership style.
- Professionalism, integrity, and a passion for luxury hospitality.
