- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the reservation department.
- Train, mentor, and lead the team to maintain high service standards.
- Implement policies and monitor booking accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyze trends and occupancy rates to optimize revenue and pricing.
- Handle complex inquiries and resolve guest issues promptly.
- Generate performance reports and analyze key metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Develop strategies to increase bookings and guest satisfaction.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 2–3 years of supervisory experience in hotel reservations.
- Deep understanding of hotel operations and reservation systems (PMS).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and report-generation abilities.
- Ability to make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (Vietnamese language skills are highly desirable).
- Knowledge of revenue management principles and local market trends.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
