- Support hotel's yield efforts, via analysis and reporting that ensure that all segments and distribution channels are mined for revenue opportunities based on budget, forecast, pace and market demand.
- Maximize revenue potential and ensure proactive and accurate maintenance and management of all systems and not limited to: Opera/PMS/Booking Engines/Channel Manager/Ideas, and OTA’s
- Prepares short and long-term forecasts.
- Compiles and communicates all documents, reports and presentation for required ownership, hotel and leadership reporting (daily, monthly, quarterly) and Annual Budget discussions.
- To prepare data analysis and reporting
- To assist in daily inventory management and rate loading.
- To assist in the preparation of all required reports for the overall revenue management function of the hotel.
- To assist in providing the hotel team with external market intelligence.
- Responsible for the analysis of revenue, profit, and demand associated with the participating hotels’ rooms, casino and resort yield
- Assist for preparation of forecasts (budgets and projections) and critiques of sales strategy effectiveness
- Ensures that all rates, packages, eChannel and hotel sales strategy information is built in the hotel’s inventory systems.
- Prepares revenue and profit opportunity analysis
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hotel Management or related field. Familiarization with hotel revenue management concepts and tools preferred.
- Relevant Revenue Management / Front Office / Reservations / Sales & Marketing hospitality experience in large scale hotels desirable.
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving and problem identification.
- Ability to collect, analyse and interpret revenue performance data
- Must effectively manage and adhere to strict daily/weekly/monthly deadlines.
- Extensive proficiency in Opera, Vision, Power BI, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required and ability to manipulate data essential
- Attention to detail required.
- Ability to operate in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated maturity.
