A. PURPOSE OF POSITIONB. JOB DIMENSIONS- Direct reports to: RTM Strategy Manager- Dotted line reports to: 0- Direct Reports: 0- Total headcount supervised: 0Key contacts:• Internal: Vietnam Commercial team, SEA & Global expansion, Sales, IT, Procurement.• External: Suppliers & AgenciesC. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES• POC mapping, cluster sizing and prioritizing• Lead POC verification process (including POC size, segmentation & sub channel) andconsolidate relevant data from internal resource and external platforms for commercialpurpose.• Access full competition landscape and customer data and provide input for route to marketincluding MCP build up; key account winning and stronghold planning.• Define key cluster to win in term of geography, channel, or customers’ group• Stronghold planning, implementing, and tracking for sustainable growth and expansion.• Build, implement and monitor Customer Service toolkit, Sales Operations toolkit applied byregions nationwide.• Participate in field check activities to check POC's performance, collect market input.• Monitor POC's satisfaction via NPS system, collaborate with internal key contacts on POC’ssatisfaction improvement.• Building up data structure, data credibility; data science for continuous improvement withfact & figures.Distributor Partnership• Revenue Analysis: Assess sales performance, distributor margins, and rebates.• Cost Breakdown: Examine direct and indirect costs, including logistics, warehousing, andadministrative expenses.• Profitability Metrics: Track gross profit, net profit, and return on investment (ROI) fordistributors.• Variance Analysis: Identify deviations from budgeted targets and investigate root causes.• Cost Optimization Action• Performance Benchmarking: Compare distributor performance across regions and industry toidentify the best practices.• Partnership Restructuring: Optimize contracts and terms based on performance andprofitability.• Technology Integration: Use data analytics and digital tools to enhance visibility into sales,costs, and efficiency.• Market Expansion: Identify high-growth areas and adjust distributor coverage to maximizereach.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields• Experience working in Sales or Route-to-market management, evaluating market potential• Diverse market insights; strong in business model and analysis skill• At least 3 years related experiences• English: Proficient• Excel, PPT, Power BI• Teamwork• Communication• Eager to learn• Critical thinking• Data analysis• Problem solving• Advanced level of technology applications will be an advantage
