A. PURPOSE OF POSITION• Implement sales strategies in the territory and be responsible for account VolumeSales and commercial/revenue KPIs.• Develop and maintain relationship with key account customersC. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES• POC relationship: Accountable for managing key POC relationship and Wholesalerrelationship with the assigned areas in order to ensure smooth sales and smoothoperations at POC level.• Sales planning & POC development: Co-develop a monthly POC plan with ownteam & Regional Sales team to drive sales performance and distribution. Activelyidentify new POCs that fit the POC profile for Super Premium (particularly Hoegaarden& Corona) listing and work with the respective regional Sales team to contract/ listproducts within the given investment.• Sales execution: Execute with urgency and discipline sales strategy and PerfectPOC execution standards (including promotion, trade programs, visibility) on thePOCs within assigned territories. Support Trade Marketing team to execute tradeactivities at the outlets in the in-charge areas (as aligned with Trade Marketing team).• Team management: Lead, direct, track performance and motivate the sales team inorder to achieve the overall sales target. Act as the go-to person for the RegionalSales team to resolve/ de-bottleneck issues that facilitate sales of Super Premiumand/or Super Premium POC development. Coaching skill to build and grow team.• Reporting: Monitor sales performance of the team and provide report and analysis onsales performance as required by Line Manager.• Others: Conduct projects or tasks as and when assigned by Supervisor in a timelymanner.

Education:• B.S/B.A Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or related field requiredIndustry Experiences:• 3+ years of experience in the consumer products industry. Experience in beverage,Position Experiences:• 3+ years in Field and retail sales experience in the beverage industry or otherconsumer product industries.Language:• Strong communication in Vietnamese. Conversational English preferred.Computer:• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelKnowledge/ Skills:• Effective communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills.• Sufficient analytical skills, ability to analyze information and making information basedrecommendations.• Approach all sales & POC development tasks with a deliberate, focused and detailedplan.• Ability to prioritize and strong organization skills.• Customer-service mindset.• Previous team leadership preferred.• Good negotiation & selling skills.Other requirements:• Self-motivated and result-oriented.• Disciplined & integrity.• Passion for beer.• Mobility: Willing to relocate for business requirement across regions.
