1. The Access Control Design team is comprised of two teams:Access Control Design & Implementation, which also includes a Consulting virtual team.Segregation of Duties 2. This is a senior role within the Access Control Design team. You are responsible for Identity Governance activities centrally, including myID role management using SailPoint IIQ (Internally, ‘myID’. The role involves:Hands-on creation, modification and removal of roles, entitlements, workgroups, and applications in myID (collectively and generically called ‘onboarding’). This includes engaging with colleagues to refine and develop role-based access artefacts to onboard their applications onto myID.Contributing to the build-out of tools, techniques and innovations underpinning technical processes through scripting and automation.Providing myID role management related consulting services to colleagues. YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIESYou will:Be responsible for ACD focused outcomes and performing the duties of this role purpose statement.Define and refine process documentation.Assist as an Individual Contributor to assess the quality and readiness of colleague requests and drive your own portfolio of colleague engagements to their resolution or completion.Automating otherwise manual activities and improving the overall IAM control consistency and coverage across the bankCollaboration across various technology and business teams / areas to better understand challenges and enhancement opportunities, balanced with a risk and control focus. You will also:Understand Risk, Audit and Compliance policy in the course of your duties.Be a proven team player willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.Have strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with staff across various lines of business.Have an attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.Provide feedback on ACD initiatives and colleague engagements to improve processes.Report to Manager, ACD, as well as assist and support peer Senior Security Analysts, as required.This role has no direct reports in a formal HR sense; however it does include the oversight of security analysts’ work and peer mentoring.

Must-haveExperience in a fast-paced and dynamic team.Exposure to some of the technologies used in many financial institutions, e.g. SailPoint Identity IQ, banking and payment systems.Ideally you have worked in IT before in a similar role.Already have at least 2-3 years’ experience in IAM/cybersecurity, strong and growing collaboration skills, a strong eye for detail and the ability to own your own portfolio of work.It is expected that the role holder will have the following experience:Low-code or scripting experience, e.g. Python, PowerShell, Power AppsExperience with SailPoint Identity IQStakeholder engagement skills, a.k.a. soft, people skills The position holder will be required to be familiar with the following technologies:SailPoint IIQ (aka myID)Service Management ticketing platforms and processes, e.g. Service Now Microsoft Active DirectoryCollaboration and reporting tools, e.g. ConfluenceScripting, e.g. Python, PowerShellAutomation/orchestration/repository tools, e.g. Jenkins, Artifactory, GitHub.
