All roles require a strong American accent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with American clients.This expansion is supported by our official regional partner, SMB Vietnam, which helps facilitate market growth in Southeast Asia.Position OverviewAs a Sales Agent, you’ll play a key role in helping U.S. clients who are struggling with credit card or personal loan debt. You will engage with potential customers via outbound calls, social media inboxes (Facebook, X/Twitter), and email, with the goal of converting them into enrolled clients in our debt relief program. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and a strong ability to build trust and rapport with American consumers.+ Top performers can earn over $2,000/month in bonuses+ Strong American accent and native-level English are requiredKey Responsibilities• Make outbound calls to prospective U.S. clients provided by the company• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, X), email, and other digital channels• Engage with leads in writing and by phone to convert conversations into scheduled calls or direct enrollments• Build trust with clients by understanding their financial situation and explaining how our debt relief program can help• Handle objections professionally and confidently• Accurately document all client interactions in the CRM system• Meet and exceed individual KPIs and conversion targets
