o Identifies business opportunities
o Sells resort products and services to new, existing and prospective customers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business
o Develop and maintains contact with business generators closely allied to hotel business
o Represent the interest of clients and negotiate with hotel management to deliver what they ask for, where appropriate to build up credibility and relationship
o Builds profile within local marketplace through attendance at various events and local marketplace
o Conduct site inspection for guest or event organizer
o Entertain clients to build intelligence on market trends and customer needs as well as to develop close relationship
o Collect customer feedback and provide them to hotel management to contribute to improvement of hotel and respond if required
o Initiates and prepares tenders for business
o Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
o Assist with the preparation of new products and services
o Assist in the evaluation of sales and marketing activities
o Implement direction from Director of Sales or Assistant Director of Sales

- Good Appearance and Communication Skill
- Creative & Organized
- Good Computer Skill
- Good English (04 skills)
- Candidates with Sales & Hospitality background are preferred
