As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving our business growth by:
- Proactively identify and develop a robust portfolio of corporate clients through strategic networking and targeted marketing initiatives.
- Identify potential business prospects and generate high-quality leads through effective market research and outreach.
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and email campaigns to introduce ISB's innovative software development solutions to potential clients, sparking interest and generating opportunities.
- Skillfully manage the sales process from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
- Deeply understand client business challenges and objectives, and effectively tailor our software solutions to provide optimal value and address their specific needs.
- Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, leads, and conversions within our CRM system, providing accurate and timely reports on sales performance.
- Confidently address client concerns, overcome objections, and provide creative solutions to navigate challenges and secure successful partnerships.
- Consistently meet and surpass monthly and annual sales targets, demonstrating a strong commitment to achieving business goals.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in any field (we value diverse backgrounds!).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive, with a demonstrated history of success in a similar role.
- Experience in software B2B sales is a significant advantage and highly preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of effective marketing and negotiation techniques.
- Exceptional presentation skills with a proven ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other relevant sales tools and technologies.
- Experience utilizing CRM software and sales automation tools to optimize sales processes.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and proactive, with a strong drive to exceed expectations.
Language Requirements:
- For Vietnamese Candidates: Advanced in English (written & verbal) is essential, coupled with Japanese language proficiency at the N2 level or higher to effectively communicate with Japanese clients and partners.
- For Japanese Candidates: Advanced English (written & verbal) proficiency is necessary for seamless collaboration within our international team
