Sales Executive

Job Description: Responsible for identifying, approaching, and maintaining potential customers; introducing the company's electric vehicle products; consulting, negotiating, closing deals; coordinating order processing and monitoring customer receivables.II. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management- Build a list of potential clients in tourism, industrial zones, golf courses, urban areas, resorts, etc.- Reach out via direct visits, phone calls, emails, and social media.- Maintain regular communication, build relationships, and update customer needs.2. Product Presentation & Deal Negotiation- Advise customers on suitable electric vehicle models based on their needs.- Deliver product presentations, arrange test drives, and organize factory visits if needed.- Prepare quotations, negotiate payment and delivery terms, and finalize orders.3. Order Processing Coordination- Work with warehouse, accounting, and logistics teams to ensure order fulfillment.- Track production and delivery progress, and update customers accordingly.4. Reporting- Update customer information and order status in the internal management system.-Submit weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reports in the prescribed format.5. Receivables Follow-up- Monitor each customer’s payment schedule.- Coordinate with accounting and clients to ensure on-time collection and avoid financial risks.
