FURAMA RESORT CẦN TUYỂN : SALES MANAGER (MICE – DANANG SALES OFFICE)
• Be responsible for local MICE in Danang: receiving of events/ meeting requests, creating proposals for meetings, incentives, conferences, making detailed agreements and contract negotiations
• Coordinate with Sales HCM and Hanoi in MICE group bookings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with loyalty clients to fully understand their needs.
• Builds profile within the MICE marketplace through attendance at various events and local marketplace.
• Entertain clients to build intelligence on market trends and customer needs as well as to develop a close relationship
• Presenting and Selling available and suitable banquet/event options to the highest possible standard.
• Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events.
• Receiving, handling, and converting Meetings, Events, and Group inquiries. (when the group arrives until group checks out, Issue BEO and General Information, welcome guests upon check-in and see off group check out).
• Be responsible for daily site inspections for MICE event organizers
• Communicate with concerned departments to ensure the MICE groups’ requests, deposit, payment, and expectations met
• Work with Chef for menus and special food requests from the guests
• Work closely with Event and Recreation Manager, FBM to make activities for MICE Group
• Work closely with ADOS to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotel.
• Familiar with all sales activities including sales calls, sales Blitz and event coordinating with banquet and other departments if assigned.
• Sales call to corporate accounts, Event Company based on specific Industries
• Maintaining and Updating data base and conduct surveys to identify customers actively seeking a hotel
• Weekly sales reports (Site inspection, sales call report, sales call plan)
• Monitor competitors’ activities and assists live stream, video clip products in PR marketing intelligence.
• Collect customer feedback and provide them to Supervisor/ ADOS/DOSM and react with response on time.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
• Closely following up on all business leads within a 24-hour response timeline to clients.
• Built-up pictures, layout, presentation for selling tools (IPAD)
• Strictly follow the company’s rule and regulations
• Implement direction any assignment from DOSM/ ADOS
• Other duties and tasks assigned by the management with the job scope
