Responsible for increasing and maintaining high revenue levels for the Diamond Time Complex.
1. Must obtain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Complex key products, VNGroup brands, and market trends.
2. Explore, analyze and evaluate the market.
3. Lead in the development of sales and marketing strategy with the Director Branch at least 1 year in advance and monitor, plan weekly sales activities and execute effective business activities with customers.
4. Effectively manage customer outreach strategies.
5. Implement & report on S&M strategy progress on time and professionally
6. Main responsibilities for actual revenue, costs and forecasts
7. Respond promptly to all inquiries and correspondence from customers. Commit to and communicate results that meet customer needs appropriately and hospitality is consistently achievable
8. Identify and search for potential customers in the sales area, who there could be potential complex uses including accommodation and co-working space, commercial space, coffee shop,…
9. Achieve budget goals and maximize revenue by executing sales activities within market segments assigned.
10. Establish and maintain good working relationships with other departments within operate the company
11. Undertaking competition analysis by assessing their products, services and sales tactics.
12. Do not leak confidential information.
13. Propose and implement special promotions.
14. Develop business relationships in the market leading to business for the branding.
15. Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
16. Optimize marketing campaigns based on key performance metrics and customer feedback.
17. Make recommendations for local advertising campaigns with media selection, timing, content, etc.; Suggested spending for specific direct mail and promotional programs; estimate expenses for expected activities of the Sales & Marketing Department
18. Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
19. Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, commercial economics, hotel and tourism management
2. 2-3 experiences in a management position or equivalent
3. Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
4. Good conversational English & good management skills
5. Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
7. Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
