Senior Backend Developer (Java, ReactJS)

We are seeking a Senior/Lead Backend Developer with extensive experience in Java,SQL (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgresDB), ReactJS, API, concurrency, on-premise, and on-cloud technologies. Familiarity with AI implementation in software development anddomain experience in healthcare and education will be considered a majoradvantage. The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team of developers,design, develop, test, and debug responsive web and mobile applications, andcontribute to our company's strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:1. Designing, developing, and testing backend components in Java, includingapplications, services, APIs, databases, and scripts.2. Managing and optimizing SQL server, MySQL, and PostgresDB databases.3. Implementing concurrency patterns and optimizing backend performance.4. Developing high-quality code that is maintainable, efficient, reliable, andsecure.5. Leading and mentoring a team of developers, setting coding standards andpractices.6. Troubleshooting and debugging applications, services, and databases.7. Evaluating and utilizing appropriate backend technologies for on-premise andcloud environments.8. Implementing AI technologies and tools to optimize backend processes andimprove application performance, if experienced.9. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship newfeatures.10.Understanding the intricacies of the healthcare and education domains anddeveloping solutions that cater to their unique needs.
