Senior Business Analyst (Agile, E-commerce, Agri-Tech)

Minimum 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst position in IT industryParticipated in e-commerce or Agri-Tech projects in Vietnam or abroad at-least 1-2 years as a BA role.English: Basic speaking skills, good reading and writing skills.Complexity Requires / Future Challenges:Ensuring timely delivery and qualitySetting priorities focused on providing value to customersCommunication skills: needs to communicate effectively with different stakeholders, including developers, designers, marketers, and business leaders. The ability to articulate product vision, goals, and requirements clearly and concisely is crucial. Collaborate with your Scrum team: Work closely with your team, including developers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders, to build a collaborative culture. Encourage open communication and seek feedback to improve the product.User-centric mindset: products are all about delivering a great user experience. BA needs to adopt a user-centric mindset and think from the end-users' perspective while developing the product.Agile methodology: products require an agile approach to product development. The BA needs to be familiar with agile methodology and principles, such as iterative development, continuous delivery, and frequent feedback loops.Analytical skills: products generate vast amounts of data that need to be analyzed to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement. BA needs to have strong analytical skills to make sense of this data and use it to inform product decisions.Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies. Attend conferences, read blogs and articles, and network with other professionals. Continuously work on developing your skills as a BA. Take courses or certifications in product management, agile methodology, user experience design, data analysis, and other relevant areas.
