***Objective:- Manage and supervise all activities of accounting system compliant with policies and regulations of the Laws.- Ensure works and task-lists are always strictly executed and consistent with plans.- Facilitate best collaboration between Departments within the Company for high efficiency.- Build up trustworthy and cooperative relationships between the Company and customers. Ensure to obtain customer’s satisfaction.***Key accountabilities:1 - Managing accounting activities of the system1.1 Check and review accounting activities following the National standards and regulations.1.2 Build up a management system of accounting activities for the entire system.2 - Accounting2.1 Prepare fully and timely financial statements and management reports under accounting standards, taxation circulars and corporate charter;2.2 Prepare tax reports under regulations of tax authorities fully and timely. Make tax payments at any due time determined by tax authorities from time to time;2.3 Prepare and approve general journal entries;2.4 Check and review the processed accounting businesses of accountants under accounting standards and the State regulations;2.5 Optimize and complete business accounts and reports in consistent forms and templates, ensure data is bookkept and calculated correctly, faithfully, timely and fully for the whole operating period of the entire Business.3 - Cost Control3.1 Cost control to be conducted consistently with approved budgets or otherwise approval of by relevant parties;3.2 Ensure payment documents are prepared properly under the regulations of tax authorities, financial policies, and other regulations.3.3 Offer comments, feedbacks and control payment conditions and other payment terms relevant to service contracts with providers, service agreements with contractors, consultants, ensuring to implement under tax regulations, financial regulations by the Company and other regulations.4 - Revenue control 4.1 Control SPA values entered with Customers at the approved prices by the Company. Ensure payment conditions are correct accordingly to applicable regulations;4.2 Ensure a correct and complete calculation of late payment interest for customers and full interest collection;4.3 Ensure invoice accounting and invoice issuance with customer payment collection are under applicable accounting standards and tax regulations;4.4 Collaborate with CS to notify the cases where customers fail to comply with SPA’s commitments. 5 – People Management5.1 Organize and assign tasks to accountants in accordance with the business organization of the company, constantly improving the organizational functions;5.2 Conduct training plan, development plan to unblock potentials and build up a stronger accounting team.5.3 Mentor and keep all members updated about the Tax laws and rules regarding Corporate Tax Management.6 – Stakeholders’ management and Working with different partners6.1 Work directly with tax authorities on any issues related to accounting and tax. Be responsible to interpret data to tax authorities upon settling the Company’s taxes.6.2 Work with auditors to issue audited financial statements.6.3 Collaborate with other stakeholders.7 - Other assigned tasks.***Reporting lines:- Line manager: BODs, MD/Authorized line- Reporting line: BODs, MD/Authorized line- Internal relationship: all relevant Departments- External relationship: Governmental authorities, banks, partners, client

A - Knowledge:1. Education/Technical qualification: - Bachelor/Master diploma of Finance, Accounting- Chief accountant certificate - English skills equivalent to IELTS 6.0 2. Technical knowledge: - Solid knowledge about Accounting Finance standards - Solid knowledge about tax laws3. Experience:- Working experience in accounting and finance area: 5 years - Working experience in management position in RE firms at the same size level: 5 yearsB - Technical Skill:1. Make reports, presentation and interpretation following standards and other reports for organization management purpose. 2. Good office computer skills, proficient at Excel formulas, proficient at software such as SAP, FAST, etc. C - Core Competencies C1 - General Competencies: 1. Responsibility 2. - Ability to communicate. - Able to prepare his/her own presentation following overall structure, outline, proficient at tools, using correct, precise, clear non-verbal and verbal languages, - Possible to answer all questions and resolve all additional cases - Conduct the presentation in attractive way and able to regularly draw attention from others, finish presentation timely and persuasively. C2 - Special Competencies: 1. Initiate and develop strategic visions of the Company, which identifies the connections between its core issues and specifies the action phases 2. Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management plan for the Company which demonstrates a deep understanding and assessment upon various risk types: 2.1 Product and service trade-related activities 2.2 Risks of organizational structure, functions, responsibilities, processes, departmental/corporate policies 2.3 Risks caused by competitive business environment, policies3. Develop and implement self-improvement plans to gain knowledge and new skills on the basis of identifying core competitive skills of RE enterprises in general and the company’s future development strategy 4. Competent to solve complex, unstructured problems related to various departments. C3 - Leadership Competencies 1. Solve or act as the mediator solving problems, conflicts affecting work results between individuals, departments and where conflicts may occur during resolution2. Help staffs realize their possibilities to complete works at high standards and commit to implement them with support from their superiors. 3. Assign tasks to employees according to the overall goals and orientation of the company, must develop the department's goals, action plans, evaluation standards before assigning tasks 4. Conduct assessment and evaluation of potential candidates and make decisions to select those with the highest success possibility for the job requirements and in the actual working environment at the company.
