Senior Co-Man Quality Control

Operational Management:Lead and supervise all aspects of factory operations, including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.Implement and maintain efficient manufacturing processes to meet production targets while minimizing costs and maximizing output.Monitor production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.Coordinate with shipments and delivery schedules. 2. Quality Control Oversight:Develop and enforce quality control procedures and standards to ensure the production of high-quality products that meet customer specifications.Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and products to identify deviations and address quality issues promptly.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related concerns and implement preventive measures.Problem Identification and Resolution: Identify deviations or defects in products and escalate issues to relevant departments. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related problems. 3. Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards related to manufacturing processes and product quality.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, certifications, and quality management systems (ISO, FDA, etc.).Coordinate with regulatory authorities for inspections and certifications as necessary.
