Your mission is to build a world-class team, collaborate on product strategies with key stakeholders, and execute a technical roadmap to meet our ambitious goals.Your Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning Partner with Product and Design teams to define product specifications and concepts. Build and maintain a product roadmap that ensures we achieve our business and product goals. Resourcing Determine headcount needs and lead recruitment efforts to grow the team. Build a high-performance, high-velocity, and highly autonomous engineering team. Management Understand the strengths and weaknesses of individual team members. Develop and grow engineers to maximize their potential. Lead performance reviews and, when necessary, have hard but constructive conversations. Delivery Collaborate across departments to ensure projects stay on track. Proactively unblock the team and ensure delivery of commitments.
