The Senior HR Executive is responsible for recruiting Senior level positions, including Vietnamese and foreign candidates, and ensure the implementation of Training programs in Aden back-offices and later on sites.
This position requires an energetic and results-oriented candidate who has a passion for finding talents and can be proactive in sourcing at different channels. Cooperating with managers to design and implement successfully Training courses for employees.
1. Recruitment:
- Candidates hunting.
- Create and publish job ads on various channels including social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. Build talents pool and network with potential candidates proactively.
- Screen CV and conduct prescreen interview to analyze candidate experience and fit, as well as do a reference check within the network if possible.
- Support the hiring manager during the recruitment process. Cooperate with hiring managers to review the job description, advise interviewing techniques, conduct interviews, give recommendations and evaluate candidates, till hiring managers make the final decision.
- Negotiate offers within budget. Prepare back-up plan.
- Close hiring process. Update status, follow up with candidates, and create a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Host and participate in job fairs, and networking events, use social media, etc. to attract more talents, improve company branding and strengthen employer branding.
- Fill vacancies in a timely manner. Make report of hiring plans on monthly basic.
- Other tasks as requested from the management.
2. Training:
- Develop training programs for all levels of employees in response to the business and collect learning needs as per budget and resources.
- Work closely with functional department heads to develop and implement training programs for development programs.
- Deliver high-quality implementation of the training programs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Consolidate training resources across regions in Vietnam, track training plans and results, and submit training reports to the management.

- Work experience in a similar role with a minimum of 3 years
- Have the ability to analyze and evaluate candidates for roles in various fields and seniority levels
- Strong recruitment and job interviewing skills
- Innovative in recruitment strategy proposal
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and network
- Good negotiation skills
- Ability to be professional, details focused, solution-oriented, and creative
- Good planning, good analytic and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to build good relationships at all levels of the business
- Good written and verbal communication in both Vietnamese and English
