• Set up and manage all HR processes and procedures.
• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
• Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
• Provide on-site HR operation supports for the whole life cycle from on-boarding, insurance &benefit management, payroll, report, reward and recognition, discipline (Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations)… to exit process.
• Maintains compliance with current Labor Law, Authorities, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
• Support for manage all documents for set up new factory (legal, authority, visa, travelling…)
• Build and control yearly budget for HR & administrative activities.
• Manage performance of canteen provider.
• Plan and facilitate all engagement activities such as company trip, team building.etc….
• Other tasks as assigned
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Have a minimum 05 years experience at Human Resources.
• University graduate, major in HR, psychology, social work, business administration, labor relations preferred.
• Fluently in English.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
