Mô Tả Công Việc
- Draft contracts, give legal opinions and appraise draft contracts;
- Assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with relevant departments, partners, and state agencies in preparing and applying for the necessary licenses for business and investment activities of the Company and industrial customers;
- Update, review and disseminate newly issued legal documents that directly affect production, business and investment activities of the Company;
- Advise on legal procedures for Clients; Support Customers to apply for permits and approvals from government agencies;
- Internal legal advice;
- And other jobs to provide legal services to clients;
- Manage, store and monitor the company's document system and legal documents;
- Create and maintain relationships with competent state agencies; make reports to state agencies periodically or upon request;
- Other jobs under the direction of the direct manager.

- Bachelor of Laws.
- Understanding the field of operation of the company.
- At least 05 year of experience in law.
