Senior Manager, Commercial (Gia Binh Airport Project)

To lead and oversee all commercial and contractual activities related to contracting, procurement, and supplier management to ensure cost-effective, timely, and compliant delivery of the airport infrastructure project while maximizing value, mitigating risks, and supporting overall project success.Key Responsibilities:• Contract Strategy and Management: Develop and execute comprehensive contracting strategies for EPC contracts, subcontracts, consultancy agreements (including architects and engineers), OEMs for design, construction operation and maintenance and other commercial arrangements• Procurement Leadership: Oversee procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services, ensuring competitive sourcing, compliance with specifications, and timely delivery• Supplier and Contractor Management: Manage relationships with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure performance, compliance with contractual terms, and resolution of commercial disputes• Tendering and Bidding: Lead the tendering process, including preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, negotiating terms, and awarding contracts in accordance with project policies and regulations• Compliance and Governance: Ensure all commercial activities comply with legal, regulatory, and project governance requirements, including health, safety, and environmental standards• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with project management, engineering, finance, and legal teams to align commercial strategies with overall project objectives and resolve contractual issues
