OVERVIEWThis role plays a key role in driving efficiency, streamlining workflows, and optimizing work processes across the group headquarters and its 20 subsidiaries. This role will be responsible for both strategic planning and hands-on implementation of process improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.RESPONSIBILITIES1. Strategic Process Improvement & Productivity Enhancement:- Develop and implement a group-wide process optimization strategy aligned with the company's transformation goals.- Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose standardized and scalable process improvements across different subsidiaries and business functions.- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track productivity improvements.- Collaborate with senior leadership and business unit heads to align process changes with business growth objectives.2. Hands-on Process Optimization & Implementation:- Lead end-to-end process reviews across departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Logistics, Sales, and Marketing).- Design and implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce costs.- Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and best practices for consistent execution across subsidiaries.- Use automation and digital tools where applicable to enhance process efficiency.- Drive the adoption of new work processes through training, workshops, and change management initiatives.3. Cross-functional Collaboration & Change Management:- Act as a bridge between group HQ and subsidiaries to ensure seamless adoption of process improvements.- Work closely with HR, IT, and Operations to implement workflow automation and digital solutions.- Conduct stakeholder engagement meetings, ensuring buy-in from leadership teams and operational staff.- Train and mentor teams to build a culture of continuous improvement.4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:- Monitor the impact of process improvements using data-driven analysis and reporting.- Develop dashboards and reports to communicate efficiency gains to the leadership team.- Identify bottlenecks and recommend further refinements.

REQUIREMENTS1. Background / Experience- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. - 8-12 years of experience in process optimization, operational excellence, or business transformation roles. - Proven experience with Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred) or other continuous improvement methodologies. - Strong expertise in process mapping, workflow automation, and business process reengineering. - Experience working in multi-subsidiary or multi-industry environments is highly preferred.2. Specific job skills:- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change across different business functions. - Proficiency in process automation tools (RPA, BPM software, etc.) is an advantage. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
