2. Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
3. Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copy writing, performance analysis, and much more.
4. Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
5. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
6. Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely.
7. Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
8. Manage the company Facebook, fan pages and other social media.
9. Follow another tasks assigned by Sales & Marketing Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor Degree in related field.
- Minimum 1 year in a similar position in International hotels.
- Good administrative skills, along with good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop effective motivational strategies.
- Computer literate.
- Good health, mature and pleasant personality and neat appearance.
