You will develop and implement marketing plans, drive innovation launches, manage social media and in-store activations, and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns that strengthen brand equity and drive business results.KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESBrand Strategy & Planning: Developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies, including innovation launches, media plans, social media engagement, and in-store execution. Market Analysis: Identifying consumer behavior trends, conducting market research, and analyzing competitive activity to inform brand strategies. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborating with teams across sales, finance, product supply, advertising, and media agencies to ensure brand success. Brand Execution: Ensuring consistent and effective brand messaging and execution across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Performance Monitoring: Tracking brand performance, analyzing data, and making adjustments to strategies as needed. Innovation & Growth: Identifying opportunities for brand growth and leading innovation projects to enhance brand relevance and competitiveness.

Over 5 years of experience in brand communication/ marketing within the sports or retail industry. Strong Marketing Expertise: A deep understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and brand management. Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans based on market analysis and data-driven insights. Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to lead and motivate teams, work effectively with cross-functional partners, and build strong relationships. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey brand messages and strategies. Problem-Solving & Innovation: Ability to identify and solve problems creatively and drive innovation for brand growth. Passion for Brands: A genuine interest in building and maintaining strong brands that resonate with consumers.
