ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Senior Frontend Developer at Esoft Systems, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing user interface components using React. In this critical role, you will be the central decision-maker for all frontend technology choices, ensuring that our applications are robust, scalable, and user-friendly. You will collaborate closely with our backend developers, and product managers to deliver top-tier solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the design and development of complex web applications using React.
Make critical decisions on frontend technology stack, frameworks, and tools to ensure optimal performance and maintainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Develop and enforce best practices for frontend development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure Esoft Systems remains at the forefront of frontend development.

REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in verbal and written English
Equivalent to at least 3-5 years of professional experience as a frontend developer, working with React.
Strong experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, NgRx).
Proficient in modern build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm, yarn).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with TypeScript.
Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
Experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
