- Responsible for hiring and termination process of Surveillance employee
- Evaluate and recommend in all aspects of the Casino operations concerning security issues primarily in Gaming and Cage and other cash handling areas
- Liaise with management level personnel of other departments
- Communicate effectively at all levels
- Actively support and lead by example with company and department standards and objectives
- Manage and direct the operations and daily activities of the monitor room team to ensure an efficient and effective operations
- Evaluate and analyze information from multiple sources including CCTV, Casino management system, POS interface, Security door access and alarm, etc.
- Plan, organize, prioritize and allocate responsibilities and duties according to business needs
- Look for opportunities at all times to generate target surveillance of individuals or areas
- Maintain control and confidentiality of Surveillance and computer systems.
- Conduct investigations, collate and collect evidence, present data and evidence to authorities.
- Provide direction, resources, guidance and coaching to Surveillance Operations and Investigations team
- Train, Empower and develop personnel for career progression
- Understand English in form of written or verbal so to provide timely accurate reports, detailing statistical reports, recommendations and be conversant with company systems or databases
- Possess excellent leadership, organization skills and a high degree of personal integrity
- Respond calmly in crisis and stressful situations
- Ensure compliance with all company and department policies and procedures
- Coach, counsel and discipline as per company/department guidelines
- Ensure a strong working knowledge of department SOPs and related manuals and systems, review these for relevancy and for clarification of issues
- During the absence of Operations Manager and Shift Manager, this role needs to work in shifts to replace their role in Surveillance monitor room.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director and VP of Surveillance
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Diploma preferred
- Minimum 10 years working in Casino Surveillance experience. 5 years casino surveillance experience in systems management and systems including surveillance investigations. Experience in casino and non-casino CCTV and data driven investigations (both FOH and BOH).
- Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Fully conversant with Microsoft applications.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts, maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance.
- Must maintain a very high level of complete confidentiality relating to Surveillance department business matters and SOPs and any other information. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Independent, analytical and meticulous. Work multitasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Good Knowledge and experience of CCTV systems usage.
