• Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries• Gather market and customer information• Call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect security system• Listen to customer requirements, make security plan and quotation then present to customer• Negotiate with customers and convince them to use Secom’s security service• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales• Record sales project, PO information, customer’s database to company management system.• Make daily, weekly, monthly report• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort• Other tasks assigned by managers
