Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager (Agentic AI) to lead a 0→1 mission: "Building a self-reasoning software testing platform from concept to PMF". This is a high-ownership role for a technical builder who prioritizes architecting agentic workflows and rapid prototyping over traditional documentation. Your goal is to define a new category of AI-driven SDLC in a high-velocity, "ship fast, learn faster" environmentYour Mission: 0→1 OwnershipDrive to PMF: Own the end-to-end journey from concept to Product-Market Fit, identifying the "must-win" workflows and non-negotiable product bets.Architect Agentic Logic: Define the core agent behaviors, reasoning loops, guardrails, and "human-in-the-loop" interactions that ensure safety and reliability.Execute via Prototypes: Bias toward whiteboard diagrams and functional MVPs over long-form PRDs to test assumptions with real users in days, not months.Master the "Evals": Establish and own technical success metrics—accuracy, hallucination rates, cost, and time-to-value—to guide daily prioritization.Obsessive Discovery: Lead continuous feedback loops by talking to users daily and digging into behavioral data to pivot product direction at high speed.Technical Partnership: Collaborate deeply with Engineering and AI/ML teams to balance extreme shipping velocity with product trust

Must-have5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years specifically leading 0→1 initiatives or building AI-native products.Technical AI Practitioner: Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration (agents, RAG, prompt chains). You can speak "architecture" with ML engineers and understand model constraints.High-Velocity Experimenter: Expert in running rapid, daily feedback loops and shipping functional MVPs. You prioritize "learning through building" over theoretical debates.Model & Product Analytics: Ability to define and monitor both business KPIs (retention/AHA moment) and AI "Evals" (accuracy, hallucination rates, and cost).High-Agency Communicator: Strong ability to drive alignment across Eng, Design, and Sales through crisp async updates and evidence-based decision-makingNice to have:Prior experience as a founder, early startup employee, or owning a product line with meaningful business responsibility.Background in software testing, QA, DevTools, DevOps, or AI-DLC workflows.
