Job Description1. Quantity: 1 Office Lady2. Working condition: - working in our Ho Chi Minh office:Address: 1st Floor, Block C, Dat Phuong Nam building, 241A Chu Van An Street, ward 12, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.- working time: from Monday to Friday (however, at weekends or on public holidays if required).3. Service Support tasks:Support Service documentary works: - make quotations - control PO from customers - issue draft VAT Invoice for Chief Accountant- stock management- support Customs Clearance for imported goods- prepare documents for Engineers going to customers’ sites- and other related works4. Allowance: Compulsory SI – HI - UI as Law requirements, additional Workmen Insurance, Overtime calculated, annual Company trips, annual Healthcheck….

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor Degree - About 22 ~ 30 years old, a fresher is welcome.- Spoken and written English is a must. Knowing other language is highly appreciated. - Problem solving and analytical skills- High attention to details.- Honest, enthusiastic, good communication with customers, teamwork, multi-task abilities- Long-term working for Company.- High working pressure standable, and independently workable.- Salary: negotiable in VND- Starting time: as soon as possible- NOTE: CV must be in Engligh (or Japanese if any). CV from current staffs of OUR CUSTOMERS will NOT be accepted.
