[Shopee] Senior Associate, Product Owner

About the team:The Product Development team in Vietnam focus on solving immediate needs of Shopee for Vietnam market in 3 main categories: Operation / Engagement / Partnership. Our scope consists of products in various sizes and complexity levels, serving both internal users (Shopee staffs) as well as external users (our buyers, sellers, brands and partners). As a member in the team, you'll be part of a Scrum team targeting at a specific category to develop impactful tools / features to accelerate business goals in that area. Responsibilities: Take ownership and be responsible for any delivery of products Work closely with business departments to gain a deep understanding of customer pain point, customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth Drive the execution of all or parts of product lifecycle processes, including product research, product ideation, product design, product development & product performance  Work closely and give training to the other related teams when there is a new feature or new product Work on administrative task of the product, maintain existing app products (product management)
