Troubleshooting pain points from both business needs and product performance angles Identifying and exploring new product opportunities, leveraging emerging technologies and market trends Ensure features from design to live stage are well aligned with the end goals crafted  Tracking the key and supporting product metrics, in line with overall business metrics to measure product performance and drive continuous improvement Collaborating with Regional PMs & Developers to ensure product feature roadmaps are delivered on time in full Collaborating with Local Business cross functional teams to identify the key questions and improvements to be delivered through features initiatives & development. Consolidate user and department feedback and compose process/product feature improvements. Deliver new initiatives/solutions, implement usage initiatives targeting business strategy. Priority to assure that all requirements are supported in a cost-effective, timely manner, with a resulting high level of User satisfaction; Execute end-user web and mobile testing if needed.
