We are looking for talented individuals eager to develop in international markets while contributing to the company’s future in a constructive and supportive mannerResponsibilitiesDesign end-to-end solution architectures for complex enterprise systems, including both cloud and on-premises environments.Lead the definition of technical standards, governance, and best practices to ensure high-quality architectural solutions.Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable architectures.Develop and present high-level architecture designs and detailed implementation roadmaps that align with both technical and business strategies.Act as the primary technical leader for major projects, guiding teams through complex design challenges, trade-offs, and implementation decisions.Evaluate and select the appropriate technology stack, tools, and frameworks to achieve business objectives and technical excellence.Oversee system integration strategies, including API management, microservices, data flows, and third-party integrations.Mentor and coach senior developers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning.Ensure that solutions meet non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.Contribute to the overall enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring that solutions align with long-term goals and are adaptable to evolving requirements.Drive initiatives around DevOps, automation, CI/CD, and cloud-native practices within the architecture framework.Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and advise on their applicability and value to the organization.Note: The position may require international travel for periods of 3 month to 6 months continuously per year
