- Check spa equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Establish spa budgets and financial goals.
- Inventory products and order new supplies.
- Monitor operations to ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, or hygiene standards.
- Recruit, interview, or hire employees. Verify staff credentials, such as educational and certification requirements. Schedule staff or supervise scheduling
- Respond to customer inquiries or complaints.
- Set the targeted revenue and budget monthly. Work effectively to reach the target while minimizing the operating cost.
- Direct facility maintenance or repair.
- Maintain client databases.
- Schedule guest appointments.
- Sell products, services, or memberships.
- Assess employee performance and suggest ways to improve work
- Send monthly report on revenue, cost, inventory, number of guests and client’s feedback
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduated from College/ University, preferably major in hospitality or spa/ beauty
- High English proficiency
- At least 2-year experience in Hotel/ Restaurant/ Spa/ Hospitality industry
- Good leadership skill and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well under pressure. Result-oriented way of thinking and working.

- Salary: Negotiable (Basic salary + allowances + commission on revenue (Income from 25m - 35m/ month depending on capacity)
