Sr. DevOps Engineer (AWS, GCP)

4-5 years in a DevOps role with experience leading or mentoring teams.  Strong expertise in AWS, Digital Ocean, and GCP; AWS certification is a plus.  Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS, and AWS EKS.  Experience operating and maintaining RDBMS/NoSQL databases (Postgres, Elasticsearch, etc.).  Proficiency with Git, Gitflow, branches, and tagging.  Experience with monitoring tools (Telegraform, InfluxDB, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus) and logging solutions (ELK/EFK Stack, Graylog).  Familiarity with tools like Sentry, NewRelic APM, Datadog APM, Elasticsearch APM.  Strong experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, CircleCI.  Strong problem-solving skills, collaboration, and a results-driven approach.  Strategic thinking and planning.  Decision-making and problem-solving.  Innovation and continuous improvement mindset.  Cross-functional collaboration and conflict resolution.  Stakeholder management and influence.  Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changes.
