- Supervises the functioning of employees, delegates jobs ensuring productivity and maintains a high standard.
- Maintains a clean and positive working environment at all times.
- Operate dish-washing machinery and maintain a hygienic working environment in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards.
- Makes inventory on all utensil, operating equipments, crockery, cutlery every month
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role and sanitation standards.
- Good knowledge of equipment and kitchen tools in accordance with international four or five-star hotel standards.
- Strong organizational skills, management experience, prioritization abilities, and efficient task delegation.
- Leadership skills, ability to train, motivate, and develop a team.
