Duties may include but not limited to:
• Be responsible for the Maintenance and cleanliness of all F&B service and Kitchen Equipment stored.
• Receive and stage operating equipment by department, mark appropriately for placement in facility, and deliver operating equipment to appropriate department.
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Keep F&B equipment inventory record up to date. Implementation of recycling program of the company.
• Ensure that all operational equipment is stored in an appropriate way and well maintained.
• Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock.
• Ensure daily cleanliness and arrangement of stocks are happening in a regular basis.
• Conduct regular round to monitor F&B operating equipment and report misused/abused equipment to concern department.
• Ensure that all operational equipment is stored in an appropriate way and well maintained.
• Provide functional assistance to operation during peak periods and functions.
• Ensure sufficient stock of operating equipment for the daily operation.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
• Implementation of recycling program of the company
• Establish and implement all Food Hygiene policies and procedures in the all the Kitchen, store and dishwashing area.
• Provide administrative support to Stewarding Department.
• Ability to multitask.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Minimum 1-year F&B Stewarding experience in a sizable and international hotel/casino.
• Knowledge of stewarding operations.
• Good knowledge of all F&B and kitchen equipment.
• Responsible, self-motivated and independent.
• Good organizational skills.
• Computer literate, with maximum level understanding of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high- pressure work environment.
• Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demand.
• Secondary school or equivalent; or related working experience.
• Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage
