Then let’s become teammates! ResponsibilitiesAs a Team Lead – Full Stack Developer, your daily responsibilities will include: Lead and mentor a/multi development team(s) by setting clear goals, providing technical guidance, and ensuring effective collaboration with the internal team. Maintain proactive communication with clients to clarify requirements, provide regular progress updates, and offer technical guidance. Analyze customer requirements and design solutions that meet both functional and non-functional needs. Design, implement, test, and deliver new features that bring value to our users, applying best practices in React, Node.js, MongoDB, and TypeScript. Encourage knowledge sharing and drive technical discussions within the team to continuously improve processes and code quality. Collaborate with project leaders, QAs, and other stakeholders to get projects done on time with high quality. Monitor and maintain existing applications to ensure they remain scalable, secure, and robust.
