Tech Lead - Enterprise AI product engineering

VireoHealth is a US-based publicly-listed (CSE:VREO) 1B+ valuation company with 400M+ in annual revenues as one of the leaders in the medical cannabis space. We are scaling our delivery, e-commerce and internal-facing AI platforms. Despite our size, we have a startup culture (small teams) and you will report to C-level executive with multiple startup exits. Our goal is to establish ourselves as the top 1-2 company in each state we operate in and we see delivery, analytics and an AI-first organization as critical to this mission. About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to drive the development of AI-powered solutions and products within the enterprise. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in product engineering, large language models (LLMs), enterprise integrations, and a passion for quickly launching, testing, and iterating AI-driven products for internal enterprise use cases. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to develop AI-driven customer experiences, internal data analytics platform, prediction models and workflow automation. Key Responsibilities Rapidly design & launch AI Solutions and prototypes: Rapidly iterate and prototype internal AI deployments for a company to drive up to $30M in value, including customer service tools, internal analytics, and AI-driven workflows.  Enterprise Integration: Integrate AI solutions with enterprise databases and internal data sources, ensuring seamless and secure access.  AI Model Implementation: Some understanding of fine-tuning LLMs for various enterprise applications, leveraging retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and data pipelines.  Product Development & Rapid Iteration: Quickly prototype and test AI solutions, refining them based on user feedback and business needs.  Data Pipeline & Infrastructure: Build and maintain data pipelines to support AI-driven insights and decision-making tools.  Best Practices & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML products and advancements to continuously explore internal AI products that might be relevant to the business
